This coffee is grown by Pedro at San Francisco farm. The cherries undergo a meticulous process. They are selectively hand-picked and then soaked in fermentation tanks for about 36 hours. Afterward, the coffee is washed and laid out to dry on tarps for around two weeks. Perfect for all soft brew methods.
